Pre/Post-Construction Condition Survey

Before commencement of any construction activities, pre-existing conditions of any properties adjacent to the construction site should be carefully evaluated and documented as per the regulations of the municipalities. The survey results after the construction could then be compared to the pre-existing conditions documented to determine if there is any damage resulting from the construction activities. We recognize the importance of a credible and detailed documentation of the pre/pro-construction survey results in mitigating the construction risks associated with damage claims.

• Pre-Construction Condition Survey

We can help with determining the scope of survey by identifying the properties that fall within the zone of influence of the construction. Following a thorough inspection by our highly experienced survey team, we provide you with a credible report explaining the survey results such as general locations, specific locations, and types of defects/cracks found, accompanied by visual evidence of those defects/cracks. If needed, crack gauges could be installed as permitted to provide ongoing monitoring of the crack sizes throughout the construction.

• Post-Construction Condition Survey

We provide follow-up survey after construction to document any changes to the pre-existing conditions and to identify any new defects/cracks. We prepare a detailed post-construction survey report explaining the survey results accompanied by visual evidence of any changes in the pre-existing defects or any new defects found.
